Kopi Luwak from Indonesia- Coffee lovers, here is an interesting coffee you can try.Kofi is Indonesian for coffee . A luwak (civet) is a tree-dwelling animal that lives mainly in Sumatran jungles, climbs coffee trees and eats only the ripest, reddest coffee berries. It’s also believed that fermentation process inside the luwak's digestive system could give the coffee a unique flavor.
The civets eat the berries, but the beans inside pass through their system undigested. Once the coffee seeds are collected from the feces of luwak, the beans are washed, and given only a light roast so as to not destroy the complex flavors that develop through the process, and you know when the coffess is made they say it tastes so good and its so smooth, but imagine you are drinking something which has been collected from the waste of an animal.Best Part this coffee will cost you Rs 1000 per cup and for $400 abroad.
